        I visited this gym with a friend. While there I accidently sneezed and the cleaner walking by said 'bless you'...says it all about this place.

        What's wrong with people giving low reviews to equinox? Everything works, the place is clean and staff is helpful. Yes here and there you'll find some ridiculous guy/girl but isn't this the same across all gyms? Yes it will cost you 240/250 a month but no one is forcing you to go there there I a virgin across the road and you can always find a fitness first if you don't want to spend that kind money.

        Worst customer service, been trying to reach out for the past 20 days as I have been given false information regarding payment due date prior to cancellation of contract. They said they wouldnt charge me and they did. Been trying to reach out to request a refund as it was a mistake on their part and theyve been avoiding me for that reason. Avoid getting into a contract with them at all costs and avoid direct debit!
