Ordered flowers for a relatives birthday. By the second day half the flowers where dying and one rose was rotten so must have been put in the display like this. The relative didnt say anything about the poor condition of the flowers as they didnt want to seem ungrateful so it was until I visited I noticed it. Flowers & Plants refuse to do anything as they were contacted 3 days after delivery instead of 2 days, even though the photos were taken on the second day. Poor flower quality and poor customer service.

My husband ordered a large bunch of roses for me for Mother's Day as he was out of the country. They looked a bit battered on arrival and the bouquet didn't come with any food, but I followed the instructions and hoped they would perk up soon. They never did and by Wednesday/Thursday the vast majority were dead. When he emailed to complain he was told that they were only expected to live for 4-7 days. Surprisingly they hadn't mentioned that in the description online! I would avoid this company in future. My mother in law had a similar experience with M&S once and received a full refund and a voucher as a goodwill gesture. Clearly the customer service team here couldn't care less.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering from this company. Ordered for Valentines Day, with delivery guaranteed for the morning. It is now 6:30pm and the flowers have not yet arrived.
