        Awful dry cleaner and useless man behind the front desk. 250 Hungarian goose down duvet 'lost' for 5 weeks and eventually returned ruined. Was told I would be refunded the cost of the duvet and continually told someone from head office would contact me. It never happened. I live across the road and went in weekly to find out what was going on. Was strung around for 5 weeks only to be told they eventually found it. Now that I have come to use the duvet the feathers inside are bunched together in tight clumps like the duvet has been packed wet and left to dry. It's completely ruined and I am not wasting my time complaining, it's pointless. Will never use this dry cleaners again! Avoid
