Very helpful and delightful staff who was there on Friday. Unfortunately my money was not ready to collect yet but she phoned me later that afternoon to inform me it had arrived. Very accommodating and good value.

Ive used this currency exchange for years now; come to rely on them. Last weekend I did an exchange. Theres normally a sweet, helpful lady that works there. At the weekend its an unhelpful young man who can barely speak English. Trusting the place, I left with the Pounds which I received. Later the same day I found one of the 20 notes I had received had been torn and cleverly repaired with clear tape. I returned on the Monday morning to find the sweet, helpful lady behind the counter. She was anything but sweet and most unhelpful. She absolutely refused to exchange the damaged note and went as far as to claim that I was being dishonest. I told her I was going to provide a negative review and she said she didnt care what I did. I was able to exchange the damaged 20 note for a normal 20 at the Post Office. Dont trust this place - the bad reviews are real. Its filthy inside as well. Ive said enough.
