The store manager Andrew is not professional and he is very rude, he does not know how to talk to his staff, also Biywar is not professional, these people need training. They think because they are the manager they can do whatever they want. They are hardly educated! but they want to act like they know everything.

AVOID Poor service quality and not so clean store. Waitrose is few hundred yards down the street. Not that its great but far better
