Very friendly and professional practise. I first went to see James about an ongoing shoulder and knee issue. I was in quite a bit of discomfort and had to limit what training I could do in the gym. I have found the treatment excellent and I am back to doing what I love training wise. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with James if you are suffering with any kind of injury as the treatment and knowledge he can offer is second to none.

James is professional, amiable and knowledgable. James helped me with lower back pain that was brought on after an issue with my hip flexor. He identified the root of the problem very quickly and after 3 or 4 sessions and some exercises to do at home, I dont experience discomfort any more. This has improved my training and comfortability in general. I am grateful to have all resolved so quickly and competently. I am also pleased that James arranged a check-up appointment in a few months time, as well as advising how to proceed in the meantime, which continues his responsible and considerate approach to practice. Also, James is very friendly and has great rapport. He is very passionate about helping his clients.

I developed an issue with my shoulder and came to James to seek help with sorting out the issue. James quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested some techniques to resolve the issue. My shoulder is much better now, thanks to the expertise of James. I now visit James on a regular basis and his advice and guidance ensures my mobility is high and this has helped me greatly both in everyday life and exercise. James is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of body mechanics and exceptionally competent in his job. I would recommend the services of James.

I have been visiting James for 6 1/2 years. Having suffered with a severe headache for many months and experiencing anxiety and night time panic attacks I had read that tension could be a factor. A friend of mine recommended James so gave it a go. I entered James' treatment room a very anxious and distressed person - Within a matter of a couple of weeks I could already feel the benefits and was no longer convinced I was suffering from a serious physical condition. I started having weekly treatment that pushed back to fortnightly, monthly and now I see James every 3 months - which is for maintenance (at my request).....I am a different person to one I was 6 years ago. I will always have a tendency to carry stress and tension in my neck but I barely notice or feel any pain and have not had the headaches I previously suffered for over 6 years. The headaches were so debilitating, which only fueled the anxiety I was already feeling. The two things were most definitely connected. James also regularly treats my sons for sport related tensions. Couldn't recommend his services more highly - has changed my life....

I developed an issue with my elbow that severely restricted my movement and activities, first treated with a steroid injection (not by James) which masked the issue and came back 10 times worse. After being treated by James regularly for a few months, my elbow is so much better and I am now able to continue with normal activities with no issues. I would thoroughly recommend James if you have any injuries that are causing you issues.
