        At Valentino, Hugo went above and beyond to give me and in depth consultation that was so impressive, I felt in such safe hands. Hugo knew exactly what I needed! Its better than I could have asked for, I am so grateful for it!         I had my full head of hair recoloured after bad damage from bleach and the sun. At Valentino salon, they completely rejuvenated my hair, brining it back to life with a beautiful brown colour, which they knew would perfectly suit my face making my eyes pop. They made sure it wasnt a block colour, leaving my hair looking natural and full of layers and volume. The staff in Valentino salon were also lovely, making me feel super comfortable and confident.         The Valentino Salon is one of the best ones Ive EVER visited in London (apologies, but Tony & Guy doesnt stand a chance, in my view). The service was very personable from the start. The team at Valentino is very professional, friendly and attentive. Master Valentino and I discussed the best approach to colouring and styling my hair. I was worried that I will loose too much length, but a very professional hair cutting technique was applied by Valentino- my hair now looks thinker and longer, which was a big surprise! Despite I have some grey hair and used to do highlights by - monthly, I was offered an alternative treatment that involves pigment adding, so weve achieved an amazing natural colour without damaging my hair with the bleach! It now looks thicker and stronger! The styling was done so professionally that it lasted until the end of the next day. What can I say- I am impressed and so happy with the result!
