This salon is an example of how easy it is to lose a regular customer. I went to the salon every month and more often for manicures for about a year. For the past few months, I have decided to completely abandon their services (although Ukrainian manicure masters do very well). Unfortunately, communication with the administrator is simply unbearable: they are rude, answer simple questions about the entry for 3-4 hours, then it turns out after 10 hours of their answers that someone has already signed up for my Slot. If the administrator makes a mistake in the record, then they additionally accuse the client of his sluggishness. Manicurists require the client to know exactly all the application technique and tell them technically in professional slang what the client wants. No one is responsible in this salon. Important note: selectively (apparently, how the client burst out or not) they take a deposit by transfer to a bank account. And the rest is accepted ONLY by cash, which is suspicious. The desire to return from such an attitude of the staff is 0. Do not come, just spoil your mood, like I did in the last 3 visits. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
