Gents of Kensington

I popped in here today to see if they could squeeze me in as a walk-in. Im new to the area and walked by a few times and thought it seemed nice. I approached the door and politely asked the hairdresser who had one client in his chair if he takes walk-ins - he curtly told me that his lunch is next, and he needs his lunch, that I can come back later. I was definitely taken aback by the unnecessary harshness in his tone, and I asked him what time do they open tomorrow, to which he responded we do have a website, and proceeded to spell the website out for me, it was exceptionally rude, and his mannerisms were so far from pleasant. A lucky escape for me, and with so many barbers around, its amazing to see such an unpleasant attitude in such a competitive market.

I've been getting my hair cut here by Emmanuel for well over a year and every time I've had a fantastic experience. We've built a great relationship over time and I'm more comfortable with him than any other barber I've ever had. Thoroughly recommend!
