The atmosphere, location and general decore of this place is excellent. Lovely toilets, very bougie apparently. Service was great. The burger was slightly underdone which was disappointing. The lady who I was with has very high standards and her main issue with this restaurant was that the ketchup/mayo came in the little plastic packets you find at a chip shop. For the prices and location we expect those little glass pots. Please sort it out!

Very bad service, I made a reservation and it took more than 100 days to get the money back, I do not recommend it

Very beautiful place but the service was quite bad. There was no one to greet me at the door. I wondered around to eventually find my party. We couldnt call anyone from our table so I went to the bar. When I got to the bar staff were very slow and relaxed, cleaning glasses in between serving customers?! When I eventually got served, some young girls walked in and asked the bartender a question...he didnt tell them to wait a second or direct them to another free colleague, he just stopped making my drink and started talking to them for 5 minutes. Maybe the place would be busier if the service matched the prices.
