OMG, I have always avoided visiting Kensington high street Natwest branch many years ago. I had a feeling this branch had no interest in customer satisfaction, and I wanted to check if they had improved, so I took the dead end road and left the place-a live and without making any inquiries. I can't call this branch a bank anymore. Hence, the staff take revenge as soon as you complain about the service; they put their energy into how to make you suffer more, even that I have let an older woman be served before my turn, they keep treated me unfairly to the end, but I noticed they keep disrespecting even if I have been kind to others customer makes no diffrent they continue to be rude because obviously they have black listed me because apparently they dislike complain and hate to be told to do right things from a client. They tried to signal me that I was not welcome anymore ! However, it was like dealing with immature adults here, so it was better to accept their indirect message to leave the place for them alone. Thanks to the two cashiers in the front for their argumentative skills and fighting back to win the battle and for bringing in their professionalism in a unique way. I have learned a lesson today! Take my money from here and no more nightmares at NatWest. Funny enough, more drama on the way. As soon as the cashier finished with her client, she left my turn without even an apology and walked away arrogantly towards the staff door to help someone in the back for 10 minutes, and she is aware that I was upset about the service; she just wants to show me this is how we are, and whether you like it or not is not our problem. Then she came back proudly with her coffee cup and no thought of apology again in her head. Then, she tried to take someone before me and kept ignoring me, then I said to her, are you serious? What are you trying to do here? u trying to annoying me liberally, and you brought you a coffee while I am waiting for you ? She said to me: how do you know coffee is in the cup? I have no more to say to her and left this breath taking atmospher. With regret, she should be ashamed to have this unacceptable and horrible behaviour in my favourite bank, where I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years. I really don't know which direction Natwest is going with their unprofessional staff in this branch. I should have called the manager, but I think it's worth putting the effort into writing, so every client should take this seriously and report any deliberate provocative behaviour continuing towards any clients in any organisations or businesses.

Couldn't make my deposit because there was a technical issue. The note outside the door stated "closed for a short time". I came at 4pm, 30 minutes before the normal closing time. What does it mean to you short time...10 ,20 minutes 1 hour I wonder? One more thing, thank you for not talking to me at the door but through an armored glass window.

NatWest are normally brilliant but this branch was a bad experience . Very long queue that didnt move in 20 minutes , The four staff appeared totally demotivated , did not acknowledge the customers waiting and were very slow. After serving one customer the cashier just kept shuffling papers and wandering around the bank rather than serve the next person.
