Five Bridges

Food was horrible I ordered ribs but was so dry and no meat just bones I ask a lady about it she says the delivery was like that without bother to ask if we want another thing instead she was utterly rude I wasn't happy at all another days was gd but this time I am so dissapointed no nice customer service.

Usually have the carvery but not available. Ordered fish and chips mostly ok but peas were overcooked and drying out and fish end was pure batter and hard and inedible.

The service was excellent. The staff are very helpful and professional. The food was fabulous probably the best Sunday carvery Ive ever had.

Service was very bad, we booked table and manager said we have to find table for ourself and ordering in the bar, most of table was busy or dirty, we find one table and we ordered with QR code after 15 min we asked where is our drinks, they didnt received our order in the bar just in the kitchen, we have to let them know that we finished with starter, manager served our main course but she didnt know what she is serving and left food on the table turn back and left, didnt simle, didnt say anything and no one look after us and asking everything is ok with the food. Food was very good, thank you for a chef! This visit was disappoint, we are not coming back!
