This premier Not only is on the PAYPOINT APP, but advertises PAYPOINT on the door , sign on the window and on the TV monitors in the shop ! yet the owner who is the franchise of the shop stood there and said WE DONT DO PAYPOINT ! So hate to point the obvious mush but if you dont do paypoint firstly dont advertise it not hard to grasp that concept its also not hard to grasp that YOU pay to run that shop from premier its YOUR responsibility to ensure you are not advertising something you either dont do or havent got !! And if you dont understand that you shouldnt be a shop owner ! I also dont care that paypoint pay you late so by saying that you do indeed do paypoint but when it comes to cash out you say you dont do it bcuz of the wait for the money to come back to you !! Shop owner needs some manners doesn't hurt to say please and thank you ! Arrogant tool

After being there more frequently I've dropped my 4 star review down to 1 star. Revised review: Staff aren't particularly friendly, their parcel collection equipment is frequently "out of order", shop sometimes closes with no warning or signage (apparently they do this when they need to use the restroom and there's only 1 person working). Been waiting 15 minutes today and the doors are still locked, no idea why. Previous review: Always got decent stock and a good variety of products. Only rated 4 star because it's all quite crammed in there.
