        Told my prescription was ready previous day. Day after went to collect and no recollection of the phone call. Wasted journey not the first time this has happened. Not using this pharmacy ever again, abysmal.

        Customer service skills and telephone manner need improving . I understand you are busy and don't normally call . However I did today and I heard the phone slam down when I ask about my prescription. I am going to move pharmacy for my repeat prescription. My husband moved to Tesco for great service. I'm going there . I called to be told my prescription wasn't there so I went to the pharmacy to be told it was. How does that work .
