This is an awful surgery can never get an appointment no communication do not take mental health seriously in fact they don't take anything seriously I have never even seen my doctor always phone appointment if you can ever get one as always told no appointments today your surgery is a joke

Would absolutely NOT recommend - string of issues with both admin staff and doctor led to changing surgery. Very poor communication, attitude and response times. (Only saving grace is the nurse)

1 Star is being very generous as this practice is a absolute disgrace. Starting with the incompetent reception staff who in the short time I've been with them have managed to get something wrong every time either me or my partner have been unfortunate enough to interact with them. My only interactions with a doctor was for my first prescription of my repeat medicines which I was told over the phone that I had gotten completely wrong (even though I have been on them for many years) then spoken down to and made to feel like I was inconveniencing her. The second time was for an adoption medical where she complained for nearly 20 minutes that she was overworked and under pressure and it was these non important things that were the cause. Now changed surgery and I recommend anyone else to do the same.
