An excellent experience from start to finish. A family run business that you that you can rely on. They have a massive choice on display and very helpful staff to provide support. I very rarely leave negative reviews. I run a small business so understand how important google ratings can be. However the customer service I received from this company was disgraceful. I placed my order on 23rd November, I was told that my blinds couldnt be fitted until after Christmas, fair enough, I was informed. However, as they were needed for a commercial premises, I needed some idea of how soon after Christmas. I rang, repeatedly on Tuesday 3rd January until 10.30 am, no answer and no option to leave a message. I then drove to the premises they operate from. I was greeted (I use this word loosely)by a gentleman who looked like he was in need of extra sleep or a big hug (or both). I asked calmly when my blinds were going to be fitted and then explained that my business was being put on hold until they could be done, stating that if they couldnt be done in the next week Id have to go somewhere else. The gentleman told me to CALM DOWN, yes thats right, CALM DOWN. And if I wanted to cancel that was fine by him. All I wanted was a date, I wasnt at all rude or aggressive, just assertive. Thankfully I managed to walk out the shop with an arrangement for them to be fitted the next day. The guys that came to fit them were lovely and Im pleased with the blinds. However, someone seriously needs to have a word with this chap before he closed the place down with his attitude. I will not return and will share my views with my friends. Disgusting.
