I took my dog to cute cutz whilst my other groomer was off on holiday, and I must say I am so pleased with what a beautiful job she did on my very nervous long haired chihuahua. She really took her time to make my dog feel at ease, was so patient, gentle and her animal welfare was of foremost priority. She had smaller clippers to work with my nervous dog which were quieter and much safer to use. My dog is always weary of strangers, but she came out wagging her tail and looking so good.

As a response of your first 1 star review that you dont like it. My dog was with long hair and matted because she is wearing jackets no because I didnt brush her but if that is the problem we delayed half hour to cut her hair and we are not professional or work in this. She just required time, care and some common sense but unfortunately we didnt find the correct person in you. You made my dog terrified because you are focusing in money and not in care dog that I think that have to be your first proposal. Like I told before Luna was finished at home and of course we didnt need a vet or sedate just love and care, not invasive techniques. The vet had to be visited because of your incompetence and useless skills like groomer, I remember you that her bone is outside and even you didnt say sorry just started to acuse us of bad things to save your bottom. You took the money and run. Go to work to other thing where you didnt be a hazard. Continue enjoying your hunter of poor animals

Dont leave your dog with her!! I went to my appointment with Lisa and she returned my dog with a big cut in her leg showing the bones and with half job done she even did not wash her properly, to excuse herself she tried to acuse me of neglect and of not feeding her properly and she took my money. She has no patient and she try to do the work quickly and without sense. My dog is now properly groomed and is recovering of her wound. Ive started a legal process against her recommended by my veterinary because people like this cant be near of animals !

Another lovely cut for our Malshi, Bertie . Lisa always does a great job. Never feels rushed and she clearly loves the dogs she works with. Highly recommend.
