Michelle and her team are phenomenal! I'm new business owner and Chelluxe Concierge is taking a lot of the stress out of running the business, and allowing me focus on strategy and things only I can do. I was burnt out, and now I can delegate anything to the team. This is also allowing me to create systems in my business and scale faster that I would be able to do on my own. Michelle is incredibly professional and organized. I have a lot going on in my personal and professional life, and her and the team managed to organize it in a way that is manageable for me and I can focus on getting things done and know I'm working on the most urgent tasks first. They are my personal project manager. I highly recommend Chelleluxe Concierge. Stop doubting yourself and just hire Chelleluxe already. You will thank yourself, and wonder how you were running your life before working with them.

I would love to share my experience with Chelleluxe Concierge. Happy to say that i am glad i found this amazing company that helped me in so many ways. Before working with them i had a call with the owner Michele with whom i had so many calls after that and i see her a business partner and also as a friend, we talked about everything, but mainly about how can they can help me have more time for myself and also have time to improve my business not worrying about tasks like: replying to customer emails, fulfilling orders, talking with the suppliers, answering DMs on instagram and so on... i can say that i was losing 8-10 hours a day doing this. i've tried looking for Virtual Assistants on Upwork, Fiver but nothing did work as i thought it would. With Chelleluxe it's different. They have a great team that can help you with literally everything. Available 24/7 for your business. You explain it to them only once and you see results. The team is just amazing, they are professionals, dedicated to the work and also very experienced i can say. Also big Thanks to @Chinaza who is in charge for my support team. A lovely person. We first started with only support, but as the business grow, they also helped me with Social Media Management, Email Marketing and Facebook Advertising. They have a team of specialists for every aspect of your business. i can say that so far I've seen amazing results. My goal was to have an Automated business, where I will have more time for myself.
