We have just bought a new house from Martin Grant Homes. The whole process was made exceptionally easy and straight forward by Jo Foskett from the sales team. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and nothing seemed to be a problem. The house itself is built to a very high standard and look forward to many many happy years here. I would recommend Martin Grant to friends and family.

They were very prompt and efficient when it came to taking the money for the property. However, the numerous issues (6/7) we have had since (within 10 months) has been substantial and has caused so much stress and has caused me such a financial loss. Martin Grant always palms it off and have no compassion as a company. Tracey Hall did not try to compromise and be understanding. The issues we have been faced with in the first 10 months was: broken down dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, sink leak (had to repair myself) and other poor finishes around the house like paint on carpet, doors having scratch marks from shaving, paint on heaters, scuff marks everywhere and many many more other things. Do not use these developers as you will be surely be disappointed with there level of commitment to there customers. Have never felt so disappointed and wish we never purchased a house from them, renting would of been a better alternative as my experience of buying a house has been a nightmare.
