ReactorPanel Saddles

The Reactorpanel saddle was recommended to me many years ago, whilst I was taking lessons with Lucinda McAlpine. Given that Lucinda only rides her horses in these saddles, I took this as a pretty great recommendation! And, once I understood the benefits to my horse of this saddle, it was frankly, a no-brainer. Dean came and measured and fitted my horse with a beautiful GP reactorpanel saddle. Riding in it is an absolute dream! For my horse, his movement is unhindered. For myself, it's the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden in. Dean has continued to look after my saddle ever since. We have annual saddle checks and adjustments. And, more recently, I've had a repair to the saddle, which rendered it as good as new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the reactorpanel saddle to anyone serious about taking care of their horse.

Appalling service. Contacted at beginning of September 2018 and am still waiting for them to get back to me. Bought 2 saddles from them last year, which are great if you are taking saddle from tack room to horse, but the way they are made, being in & out of various horse lorries, the panels move continually, no longer fit the horse & unless we pay their flights to Ireland, there is no-one to re-fit! Tried to get them re buy back the saddles - guess what? They won't answer my emails!
