Somerset Bowen

Lovely relaxing venue. I have had 3 sessions with Sarah over 2 years now would recommend her to anyone. It has sorted a lot of my problems, being a horse rider. I had Bowen for many years in Kent before moving to Somerset.

Im hyper mobile so have to be very cautious with hands on treatment. Sarah understands this & the Bowen technique is very gentle. Two visits have dealt with my recent back pain. I can highly recommend Somerset Bowen

I've had Bowen treatment from Sarah a number of times for various ailments including nerve pain from degenerative disc problems and neck and lower back pain. I don't begin to understand why or how it works but it certainly does help, providing increased mobility, particularly a day or two after treatment. Bowen is a very calming experience with Sarah and great for stress relief too!

I saw Sarah for Bowen treatment to help with back pain in pregnancy. The treatments significantly improved the amount of pain that I was in and I found them incredibly relaxing - an added benefit! I'd never had Bowen treatment before but Sarah was great at putting me at ease. Would highly recommend.

I had never had Bowen therapy before. I suffer with lower back pain, restricted movement in my neck and poor sleep pattern. After treatments i had improved movement in my back and neck and a general feeling of well-being. Bowen therapy is extremely relaxing. Can highly recommend this therepy.
