Many years ago Grandfields looked after Granny's funeral. Lat year they were amazing with Mum. This year we would NEVER have looked any further and wanted to use Grandfield for Dad. They were SO compassionate and caring of our family and our needs. They bent over backwards to accommodate anything they wanted. Always available on the phone. They took everything they could out of our hands. We felt so well looked after. So professional in appearance, so efficient. Yes, other funeral services would have done all the practical stuff but we can't help but feel that the personal service looking after all our family was above and beyond.... we are so so grateful.

A dedicated team, providing comfort and support to us as a family through what was a difficult period. Special mention to Sam, throughout was our funeral director, who was truly wonderful in ensuring our needs and requests our mother wished, were put in place. Such a caring but professional approach that made a sad Occassion easier to deal with. They assisted me so well in helping me organise the funeral of mum from Australia. Cannot thank them enough.
