Owners sal and Mike make you feel very welcome,Beautiful area, lodges very well looked after, lakes are so close to lodges, definitely one to visit.

Stayed at Stable Cottage for a week at the end of July. Lovely renovated two bed cottage. Modern and well designed. Three fishing lakes, dog friendly and peaceful. Not the best for two teenagers, but they enjoyed the hot tub and WiFi! Would definitely recommend for those wishing a peaceful family holiday to get away from everything. Thanks to a wonderful host Sally, who couldn't have been more helpful and kind.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at Tinney Waters - this time we stayed in Stable Cottage with our two dogs. We absolutely love Tinney Waters and we will certainly be booking up again for next year. It is the perfect hub for exploring both Devon and Cornwall from, but it is also perfect for a lazy holiday relaxing around the fishing lakes. The entire site is perfectly maintained especially around the lakes - making fishing and walking around them a pleasure. The cottages are both absolutely beautiful, very clean and cosy inside with everything you could ever possibly need for a stay. The hot tubs are the ideal place to wind down after a long day of fishing or adventuring. Tinney Waters is so perfectly secluded for a relaxing holiday and the skies are amazing for stargazing in the evenings. Sally and Mike are the perfect hosts alongside their super cute pups. If you're in any doubt about booking, just do it - you certainly won't regret it!
