    Justine came into Mattel to give an amazing talk to our employees, introducing everyone into Mindfulness and what it is, as well as going through some mindfulness practices. We received brilliant feedback from our employees after the session, saying how insightful the session was and how relaxing and useful the practices were, that many have informed us they continue to use. Justine created a really relaxing and welcoming environment that allowed people to interact, ask questions and really embrace the session. Those who attended the session have expressed how much they would love to have Justine back into Mattel to to give a deeper dive into using Mindfulness, which is something we will definitely consider as part of our Wellbeing program. Thank you Justine!

    When I first started mindfulness practise with Justine I was quickly struck by the things I had been missing - I had been so self contained in my thoughts and worries that I hadnt noticed what was around me. For me, mindfulness helps me to connect with what is actually happening: the sights, sounds and smells, instead of concentrating on the things that could be going wrong or what my mind is telling me to be fearful of. Making sure I take some time out, even if its only a few minutes a day, just to focus on my breath or my sensory experiences, really helps me to stay grounded in the present instead of engaging with the things that bother me.

    Justine is an excellent mindfulness mentor; her empathy is unsurpassed. Through her extensive & ongoing training & practise, she has the ability to understand exactly how the mind works. I attended her mindfulness/CBT program & haven't looked back, her support while I experienced hugely stressful life events was invaluable & kept me from hospitalization. Justine offers practical, simple mindful exercises you can do anywhere/anytime to reduce anxiety levels. She is an accredited ACT therapist, which has proven (to me) to be the very best form of therapy ever. You certainly won't be patronized with "think positive" messages in Justine's courses. The weekly meditation meet up is a never miss event for me. Thank you Justine!
