What a great find. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Booked a holiday with them for 2020 and due to the pandemic wasn't able to travel until Easter 2023. Every year I contacted them to postpone and it was never a problem. Just amazing customer service from start to finish. As we were flying in from overseas, we stayed at a local hotel the night before and Matt picked us up free of charge on the morning of our rental. He also returned us to the airport at the end. So great to not have to book taxi's. As an aside, the Motorhome office very kindly agreed for us to send some parcels to them for us to pick up on our arrival. Nikki in the office updated me on their arrival / non-arrival too. What a treasure! We hired a 4 berth van out of a large selection of vans. We have never been in a motorhome before so we have no comparison's but it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The video briefings in advance were a godsend for us newbies and we took the van feeling confident. The actual handover time was minimal as a result of watching the preparation videos so we could get on our travels. The return of the van was very simple (and on a Sunday). Matt gave it a thorough look over and thankfully no problems. In summary, just a joy to contact this company over a difficult 3 years but if anyone can give lessons in excellent customer service, this company can!

Absolutely fabulous staff at the Motorhome Company from Matt giving great advice and to Jordon who has been amazing with helping us while we were away always at the end of the phone if needed.. also they have the best coffee cant wait for our next adventure in May and next year in another of there motor homes. Highly recommend if you want an adventure or are thinking of buying one as it gives you great experience and youll know what you want for your own motor home x

We hired a Motorhome for the Easter break, the Motorhome was everything we could have asked for with all the mod cons, very clean and comfortable, first class service from the team and nothing was too much trouble - Thank you

We were delighted with the guidance leading up our hire week with The Motorhome Holiday Company. The information provided and the requests asked, were clear and took away the need to do, lots of paperwork, when we arrived on pick up day. The premises are set up well, so that you can leave your car and transfer all your kit and caboodle to the van. The onsite staff were friendly, helpful and willing to explain if you had questions. The shop at the site is also really good, if you need some kit! We had a wonderful holiday, blessed by good weather. We loved the van and overall were very happy with it. We later found out, it was nearing the end of its fleet life and I did feel that it was a little tired and old, when we were in it. It was flagged as one of the premium vans, so was a little disappointing, but nothing that spoilt our trip. My only criticism was the dropdown bed was really uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress and I would recommend asking for a topper or bringing one! We did need help from Matt whilst we were away, but he was great on every call (3 in total) and nothing that he couldnt sort remotely. We had a specific time that we needed to return the hire, but the staff were really understanding when we rung and warned them that we were going to be later than asked due to roadworks. All in all, we would definitely use again, but we would check how old the van being hired to us would be and understand the different class you can book in greater detail.

We hired a 4-berth motorhome from the Motorhome Holiday Company, the pick up and set up was fantastic, the motorhome was kitted out with everything you could ask for, even camping chairs. We couldn't ask for better service. We were all ready for our Scottish adventure and went on our way, unfortunately on day 2 we had major issues with the motorhome (engine issues) and had to be towed to a garage. Matt and team were on the end of the phone for all the support needed, including liaising with the garage and RAC. We did have to end our trip then as the motorhome wasn't repairable within our holiday timelines and needed to be recovered back to Hewish. Although this is extremely disappointing it wasn't anyone's fault and very much one of those things, the motorhome had just been serviced and was very well maintained. When things like this happen, it is more how the company supports you which is controllable and key, Matt was fantastic, available throughout the night whilst multiple calls were made and even looked at multiple options to allow our holiday to be continued. However, due to ferries etc the decision was made to end the trip and head home, Matt continued to support, ensuring we could get home as soon as possible, that we were comfortable and safe at all times. When we arrived home, there wasn't even any discussion required around the financial side of things, Matt had already sorted that and a full refund was issued. My only feedback is that from talking with Matt, this type of issue (breaking down 550 miles away from home) hasn't happened before, therefore having a more confirmed contingency plan would be great, as we were both learning as we went through the recovery process. But as mentioned the support was there throughout and we made it home in 20 hours from the point we first broke down, to getting alternative transport to us, reloading everything and then driving from Inverness to Bristol - we don't think that is bad at all! We would absolutely recommend the Motorhome Holiday Company and we will definitely be back to hire from them again, no doubt what so ever! Thanks Matt and team, hopefully see you soon
