        Do not use this company .Be warned .Appalling after care lost my 90 year old mums hearing aid sent it to wrong address 5 weeks later wont give her a refund and its stuck at the sorting office at hewish no one is bothered absolutely driving me mad do not use them they dont care after you've paid

        My elderly parents paid A LOT of money for my father's hearing aids in November last year and ever since hes had nothing but trouble. They currently are not working so he cant wear them. Very rude customer service too!!
