The work standard was fine but as an absentee landlord, they have taken liberties with me. Repeatedly missed appointments; I have been waiting over 5 months for them to install an access hatch for the water tank, which they repositioned so that the control panel faces directly into a wall. I made the mistake of paying before seeing the work myself. Their excuse for missing the latest date is that the parts haven't arrived. Services: Water damage-related mold removal, Mold inspection

2 minutes ago Hi there i see you have asked for my review to be deleted and given I can not see it i am reposting. This was 100% you. The surveyor was Clint Walsh and the address is the same. Not trying to be mean just we didnt' get what we paid for and had to get some one else to come. Charged twice as you were so slow. Please call me to discuss - if its a mistake i'm sorry but has the same address ! Original review. My wife had them come around to survey a holiday let. We suspected we had a wood worm problem and wanted to work out what to do asap. 3 weeks of chasing for a report, as the surveyor was ill, we had tenants discover a bug problem and ask for a significant refund. We have had to get another firm over to check the problem, and when we asked for a refund we finally get a report emailed via the administrator (Not an actual report) the day we have the other firm coming around. All in all low quality behaviour, not issuing a refund as well as the "survey was completed." Time is key in these things. Using this firm cost us money, they only came back with the partial goods when pushed. Won't refund - time wasters - avoid. Service: Water damage-related pest control
