        Refused medication - Me and my partner had a terrible cold so I went to buy night/day nurse and was refused because I didnt have a cough (even though I explained my partner did who was two days ahead of me) - what a joke! With no empathy and ignorance from the staff I had to drive to Asda pharmacy in west Swindon where they gave me the medication with no questions asked. If it wasnt for convenience I wouldnt use this pharmacy

        Used to be very helpful and reliable! Not sure what has happened but everytime I go in there now they either can't find my info even tho it has been sent over that day or they never have items in stock or thete too busy talking instead of working!
