I am just so happy I stumbled across this company. I purchased a gorgeous musical jewellery box as an heirloom gift for my 1 year old granddaughter. 2 years later, she managed to get it down from the shelf and damaged the hinges! We thought the box was ruined forever, but Nick bent over backwards (a bit like the hinges lol) and went out of his way to get the box back to its original condition. Excellent Customer Service like this is, sadly, quie rare these days.

Amazing Service - Nick could not be more helpful. I needed a replacement movement for a very old musical figurine that has been in the family for years and I had lost all hope of replacing due to its size and age but I sent Nick pictures of the old broken movement and he had a brand new replacement in stock. Highly recommended.

We found this wonderful company by chance. What stood out initially was that you could listen to the actual sound of the movements, unlike others who just list the name of the musical piece. Nick could not have been more helpful and the order arrived very quickly and well packed. The movement is of a great quality and once installed you get a lovely sound.
