Excellent care from Dr Bracken after a heart failure alert. Receptionists and staff nurses are helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have only praise for the practice based on my experience.

Used to be a brilliant surgery but since they have taken on tadpole it's impossible to get an appointment or even get through on the phone worse thing they did

Since Covid, it is almost impossible to get through on the phone, leave alone see anyone face to face. So disappointing as it used to be a good surgery. Staff need urgent training on how to communicate with patients, they have had many of my friends in tears recently as they are so rude and unhelpful.
