        Wow! I knew I had a tight tendon in my hip and have struggled a lot since having sciatica but this simulator and the knowledge of the instructor and her understanding of biomechanics has shown me that my pelvis has actually twisted. I was able to see this in graph form which helped me understand and my instructor, the awesome Jo McDonald, helped me to learn what I needed to do to correct this. I was then able to see the difference. A physiotherapist dream machine x

        We went to Rein and Shine for a childs first lead rein lesson. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The instructor was engaging and recognised the differing ability levels within the group. Overall a great experience.
