        James was so helpful and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my (sadly broken) washing machine over the phone, and with a video of the machine. He also advised on the most reliable brand to go for next, and was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed off the phone, or like I was being a bother. A pleasure to chat to. I would recommend James and definitely contact him again in the future for any other white goods needs, 5 star service!
