Moving can be stressful... which is why you need someone like Gary in your corner to ease the anxiety. He is always cool, calm, collected, and on hand to give words of advice and sort things out. He goes above and beyond, and really cares. Jemma's photography talent *hands down* sold my place. It looked so good, the newspaper ran a story on it! Gary was instructed on the sale of a property we have recently purchased. The transaction had unusual difficulties however Gary persisted with the challenges. Gary was available to speak outside of business hours and was extremely resilient at times. Jemma and Amanda were also very kind and helpful when we spoke with them. I am a conveyancer and I have to say that Gary was a nice, professional, understanding and co-operative person to deal with. He worked with me as though he was a member of staff here and all the way through kept me and my client informed of the progress of the chain. At a critical point in the transaction diligently and respectfully managed the expectations of all parties involved whilst I was able to beaver away in the background and get the transaction ready to exchange. When the day of exchange happened (or three days it took for the chain to catch up with Gary and myself) he expertly helped unblock anything standing in our way to achieve the exchange and completion his vendor an my client (the purchaser) wanted to achieve. I'd describe him as an American football quarterback allowing the guy with the ball run to the finish line uninterrupted by the opposing team stopping the runner from doing their job. If you have sold your house through seventy two blue Gary will help you get to the end of the transaction and allow your solicitor to do their job. Unbelievably helpful. Went over and above at every opportunity, we hadn't heard of them before we purchased our new home through them but we will definitely be using them in the future. We corresponded most with Gary who has been absolutely great throughout the whole process, however everyone we came into contact with was polite, helpful and genuinely nice. 100% recommend using them, can't thank them enough.
