        Tried to book afternoon tea at Bristol hotel.no answer from restaurant left a message no one contacted myself rang again next day this time phone was answered only to be told the booking system was down was asked for my phone number and email address it has been over 4 days no one has contacted myself what a poor service.will not waste my time again.
