        I normally like this store as staff had always been friendly and helpful, however popped in today to collect and parcel and the chap was most unhelpful. As soon as I said I was there to collect a parcel he couldn't be bothered, barely looked for it and said its not here and sent me on my way, even though I had confirmation it had been delivered there. Not sure why these shops undertake the parcel delivery schemes if they can't be bothered to forefill their obligations. Now have to waste alot of time trying to sort a refund etc.
