We found baby B store while I was pregnant, it is the most amazing small business Ive ever used. All the team members knowledge, kindness and wanting to help is outstanding. We ended up buying our pram, cot and car seat from there. Weve recently been back as my son out grew his car seat, and as usual they have been outstanding. Issues with Maxi Cosi but they have dealt with the issues like true professionals. Let us try out a cybex instead as we were on a long road trip and ended up switching the one we had on order. Holly in particular has been amazing each of the numerous times weve ended up in the store. If you want great service with great products for your new arrival, 1000% use BabyB store!

Absolutely fantastic. Me and my partner went in after seeing a pram from John Lewis but they had absolutely nothing on Karen and her business. She was so helpful. As a first time mum, due in Jan 23, I felt a little lost for what I needed and what pram done what. She didn't just try to sell me any old thing either, but what would work best for me and my partner. She really spent time speaking to us, getting to know what it was we were after and offered advice. I felt because she had children of her own she really understood our needs. Couldn't thank her enough!

Company which probably is more time close than open. Drove with my pregnant wife 2 hours to see them and day before that I did message them to double check if the are open. I was assured that they are and on arrival I only bounce back from the front door..... When I messaged the company, I believe I spoke with the owner who stated that the employee (sister) had go urgently to school as child hit the head.... Fair enough for me, however the owner/manager should arrange cover of that person..... Long story short, she promised to cover our expenses such as petrol and 6 weeks past and no respond. I even wrote kind reminder just to be ignored. Company is not professional and not trust worthy. I would advise to avoid them.

I cant speak more highly of the service we received this weekend when buying our pram. Its our first child and so needed all the help we could get, and Lorna couldnt have been better. She listen and gave advice without ever pressuring us and was so knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us through everything, thank you so much

Didn't appericate being commented on my appearance as "your big" when I told them my due date. I found it really offensive and instantly put me off staying a moment longer.
