I recently had a Mummy MOT with Kirsty Saunders following the birth of my child. I highly recommend it for any new mother, it was great to understand, build confidence and get support around my postnatal body. The session was so informative and allowed me to understand where my body is in its recovery since giving birth. Kirsty was so knowledgable, helpful and supportive throughout my sessions and it was fully adapted to what I wanted to get out of the sessions as my main focus. I am so glad I was recommended this and booked in. I cant recommend this enough to any new mother who has a specific reason or goal they want support with or even just for piece of mind! Angela the physiotherapist there has treated me on and off for over a year. She is just brilliant! Mostly with soft tissue massage and it has had an exegetical outcome every time. She is kind, caring, professional and funny! Highly recommended. I have been going to this centre for about 15 years and can't recommend them highly enough Annalies
