        Went to have cut and colour. Had roots and all over colour , missed a lot of the roots so still have gray hair. I was charged extra as I had long hair . I had long hair well below my shoulder said I only wanted the ends off ,about 1inch .l now have shoulder length hair !!! She cut at least 3 inches off!! It is awful!! I hate it,very upset. Especially as it was a birthday treat from my husband. When I complained I was told there was nothing wrong with it . No offer of refund or anything. Would not recommend going there .
