Completely uncontactable by email or telephone. Left several messages on their answerphone and sent emails over several months and had no responses. They have incorrectly installed bifold doors and there is no willingness to even discuss, let alone sort out the issue. This has caused damage to the outside rendering and internal plasterwork of the property. UPDATE: Whilst I did have some difficulty contacting the team here, once I established contact, the team have been professional and helpful. They have attended and fixed the initial problem with installation of a bifold door cill. The quality of their windows is excellent and their team attending my property were highly professional. Unfortunately, owing to the difficulty contacting them, I had to seek professional help from elsewhere regarding a leak around the window and plasterwork damage as this needed urgent attention.

After a site inspection Timber Windows Norfolk agreed to fit my 16 Westcoast Windows. They expertly fitted 11 but on the second day discovered 4 sills were missing; not their error. I was concerned that they would not return to finish the job I am a long way from Norfolk - but was assured on the day by Robert Hewitt, and his team of fitters that, once the sills were delivered, they would return to fit the remaining 4 and finish the one part fitted window. In addition Robert would order a clear glass replacement for one of the windows. With this assurance I paid for the work done so far. There would be another payment when all windows were fitted. I accepted that this now one day job would be tricky for TWN to fit in but after over nine months of emails, phone calls and messaging, it was obvious TWN would not finish the job and I had been strung along. I was unaware all replacement window companies only fit their particular windows. Westcoast Windows are excellent but they have no fitter teams for such a small job. No reputable local firm was interested in fitting 4 Westcoast windows. I had no FENSA certificate and it took me over one year to get the job finished. Robert Hewitt made no effort to to complete the work he had agreed to, and never admitted that he couldn't do it, even though no final cost had been discussed. I was surprised at his lack of openness and the way I was let down.
