Driftways Glamping

We (family 2 adults and 3 kids under 10) stayed at Driftways last week 10 - 14 August (we brought our own tent as there are pitches for these as well as ready made luxury yurt tents). The weather was amazing and the campsite amazing, very peaceful and secluded and slightly off-grid but not too off-grid! Just across the road was the farm where the friendly owners live, plus millions of chickens etc, horses. Kids allowed to wander around looking at these animals kids loved it.

These were the BEST bell tents we've ever stayed in. Super clean, comfortable and lots of thoughtful accessories for a warm and relaxing stay. Lots of room to hang out inside the tent and play board games if required. Sites are well spaced for privacy and a very peaceful glamping experience. Stargazing was fabulous, first time I have seen the milky way in the UK. Vanessa and Andrew were fantastic, accommodating hosts. The outdoor hot showers were a lovely, calming way to start the day. The kids and adults were all very happy, there was a lots of fun activities for everyone nearby. We went crabbing at Walberswick, did a local walk at Tyrrel's wood, had brunch at Goodie's food hall and it was so much fun. Was also lovely just hanging out on site and playing with games and bubbles. Would definitely love to visit and stay again to explore all the things we couldn't fit in on this first stay.
