        I found Penelopes beauty salon by chance and Im so glad I did. The salon itself is lovely and I could have a number of treatments just to stay there - it smells delicious and the treatment couch has a warm blanket on it! I had my eyebrows and eyelashes dyed and eyebrows waxed. I was really pleased with the result - the shade is perfect and she shaped my eyebrows brilliantly too. I will definitely be returning.
