        I've had their bagels a number of times and they are excellent. I have also attended one of their bagel making classes which is great fun, super-informative, and oh so delicious. I came away with some new skills, an appreciation for the process, and very full! The team are lovely and a great Sussex business to support.

        Without a doubt the best bagels around. The selection of sweet and davory varieties is just amazing. My freezer is always stocked with them for lunches. They do filled ones on order and you can even do a class to learn to make them. What a fabulous experience that was. Not only did I learn to make them, but came home with the 12 I made. Highly recommend
