Avoid this company at all cost. They sold me a system not fit for purpose and didn't work in my business. Refused to do carry out any repairs. Poor customer service. Was even told on the phone by the sales advisor they had sold me the wrong system. But some how lost the recording of the call and back tracked on what they had said. If I could give them a zero I would. They targeted my small run business selling them 1000s worth of equipment which doesn't work. This is not an attack against them it is warning to other customer to stay clear

Customer service include the management is shocking they are not interested .

BEWARE CHECK THE SMALL PRINT we signed up for what we thought was a cheap deal but ended up costing us over 5000 for something that worked for less than 12months. Trying to get any joy from customer service is a joke.

We chose Chilli telecom of Leeds to supply and install our LG Ericsson IPECS system and we are very happy we did. We had given them wrong line information and yet they just got on with sorting the problems created. From the moment we sat down with sales (Adrian) we had confidence. When you call Chilli you get that reassuring feeling from whoever answers the phone and they respond. Thank you to Chris the engineer who bore the brunt of our problems with ease, professionalism and above all knowledge. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them, a huge thank you to all the team for a superb instal, and excellent after service.
