        Good care given. Clean environment. Staff are lovely. Children always seem happy. I trust them with my child.

        Payment system is rubbish. An incorrect bill was sent home to us on numerous occasions which took ages to correct. Poor communication from staff made us decide to withdraw or son from the nursery. On top of this after being over charged and told we were in credit by 199 we have been refused our deposit back. When considering it cost 200 to hold a place we expected a much better service. Head office and managers clearly do not even understand their own system. I would not recommend this nursery to any friends or family in future.
