Really enjoy going to Yoga for improvers class with Kade. I have been to a few yoga classes before but this has been by far my favourite as Kade is a great teacher and challenges us with new poses each week incorporating them into a flow at the end. Really enjoying seeing a progression in my practice and feel great afterwards. Would recommend if looking for a class in the area :)

So the first and most important thing Kade tells you (apart from remembering to breathe and keeping hydrated) is to have fun. Well I didn't expect to have quite so much fun but it's impossible not to laugh when you can't make your arms and legs move at the same time without getting tangled up in knots . I think I might be the oldest in the class but Kade gives options and variations so everyone can follow at their own level. Try it, you'll love it.

Really enjoyed dance fit. It was fun and a good workout and the 80s soundtrack was great.
