Myself and my partner have been house hunting and came across Stoneacre - I had the pleasure of dealing with James Bailey who was very professional and very fast with replying and sorting out my next tenancy. I would highly recommend using stoneacre and i sure will be looking to use them again once we decided to move. Great agency - could not compliment them enough.

I was a buyer in the process so this review is from my perspective of Stoneacre, particularly the Branch Manager, Dan. I was literally harassed at times to push my solicitors and constantly emailed to take action although I kept confirming I had done everything needed to keep the purchase moving. I had to ask Dan to stop asking at one point as I was on holiday and the messages were constant. The main issue I have is that following a survey, it was agreed through Stoneacre that the seller would remedy all aspects of concern. This was followed up and agreed with the seller in numerous texts. Once I received the keys, it was evidently clear these actions had not been carried out. I understand that I was not the client but I did trust that the estate agents and that they were supporting the sale from both sides. I also appreciate that it is not the fault of the estate agents that the seller failed to come through on his agreement. However, I emailed and called Danas has my solicitors to clarify why the agreement wasnt met and all communications have been ignored. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. They basically got their commission and wiped their hands of any further communication or support requests. Would not recommend
