The vast majority of tradespeople I have come across just try to charge as much as they can, irrespective of what you've asked them to do will actually fix the issue.
Example, my sink was blocked, I assumed the gutters needed clearing out as I had tried to unblock the sink using chemicals, plungers, etc. Stephen within a few minutes noticed my sink pipework was faulty and referred me onto a plumber. He asked nothing for his travel, time, troubleshooting, etc. He could have charged me 150 to jet my gutters and walk out knowing it wouldn't have helped..... but he didn't.
I would thoroughly recommend DSI to anyone that wants a reasonably priced and HONEST gutter unblocker.
