I came for the first time to have my hair cut on my Anniversary before going out for dinner, I am more the happy with the result and even recommended this place to friends and family x thankyou so much for such a amazing and friendly experience xxx

The shop is closed down and no formal notification was sent to customers and bookings. Actually got told off for not checking their Facebook posts for updates of their new address! Firstly, where did we hear that we have to be checking their Facebook page for this, why is it up to the customer to wonder if their regular salon has recently moved or not! Its up to them to inform us through the proper channels i.e. sms, email, treatwell. Secondly, their phone doesnt answer, if its the right one on google. Their Facebook doesnt have any contact details in the About page. I drove around trying to find their house, which is now their premises, all the while trying to reach out to them but all they kept saying was to check their Facebook posts! Im driving! Just write the address and your phone number, is it so hard to be helpful to a pre-paid client? I said its starting to feel dodgy because I was starting to panic. As a result they got offended. I called Treatwell who were concerned and did not want me to go somewhere not a salon registered with them. I went anyway, as I also wanted to apologise for calling them dodgy. But they did not open the door. I called Treatwell again and they were extremely sorry and refunded me. It should NOT be up to the client to try and investigate where their salon is! Clear and explicit updates should have been communicated. Do not expect people to travel through random Facebook posts to find you! Poor customer care. Serenity was top notch when Nicole was running it, she was superb but its defintely over.

Fantastic salon all my needs were met had such a laugh.cant recommend it enough.hair nails and eyelashes were perfect had a pamper day and it was lovely even got my lunch bought for me! Booked my next appointment and can't wait to go again

Had individual lashes done here and when I got home and looked at them properly I realised I had big clumps of glue all over my eye lids. The lashes were pointing in different directions and none were put near the corner of my eyes
