I took my wife away for her 30th birthday at lakes edge and stayed at Adams lodge on site over the weekend. Having stayed away at numerous lodges and hotels around the country together, we can honestly say lakes edge is by far the best stay we have ever had. Adams lodge is the perfect accommodation for a special occasion. It is modern inside with everything you need for your stay. The private hotub and sauna was easy to use and was an added bonus to a perfect stay. What makes lakes edge so special was the grounds on site. Me and my wife took a walk around the lakes on site and we both agreed, we havent felt so peaceful probably ever! We didnt see a single person as the grounds are so large. All we could hear was the birds and the calming lake. Being in a quiet location, we didnt hear any cars. It was amazing. Throughout the whole process, the staff helped me with any questions I had and knowing it was my wifes birthday, they added extra touches inside our accommodation to make it special. Watching the sunset from our lodge with the lake right in front of us was magical. For anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion, I would highly recommend adams lodge on site at Lakes edge. I can promise, you will not be disappointed. It went far beyond our expectations. We shall most definitely be returning to this magical location. Thanks lakes edge. Liam and Liz.
