Great sales & customer service from sales executive George Henry headed up by Group Retail Sales Manager Dan Roberts & his team at Mini Chester. I compared 4 very different main Mini dealerships to include Mini Park Lane, I had coffee in them all over a week of driving to see their stock. I talked through the benefits right now in March 2023 and made finance comparisons to used v new vehicles. In the end the sales team, the quality of service, care and backup I concluded that my local Mini Chester, of the Halliwell Jones Group offered the very best including a massive bonus of meeting and greeting my 3 mini wire dachshunds the stars of the show clearly! with biscuits and chilled water included in the service!

Thank you so much to Rachel for all the help & hard work in getting my new car. There was a little delay in getting the car built (as with any car manufacturer at the moment) and Rachel couldnt have been better with it, keeping me updated the whole time. Absolutely love my new car and the customer service here was fantastic from Rachel & the whole team. Thanks so much!
